What exactly does the Family Records Index service include?
We sit with you to identify and catalogue your household's key documents — things like birth certificates, land title deeds, insurance papers, and similar records. Each item is labelled and listed in a clear reference guide that you keep. We do not provide any legal or financial advice; our role is purely organisational.
Is the Planning Education Pack suitable for someone with no background knowledge?
Yes — that is exactly who it is written for. The booklets use everyday language and avoid technical terms wherever possible. Where a term is unavoidable, the included glossary explains it clearly. The self-paced reading plan lets you move through the material on a schedule that suits your household.
How long does a Family Records Index session typically take?
Most households complete the process in one to two sessions of around two hours each. The exact duration depends on how many document categories your family holds and how organised things are when we start. We are happy to discuss your situation before you book.
Do you keep copies of our documents?
No. Familock does not retain copies of any personal documents. Our service produces a reference list that you take home. All original documents remain in your possession throughout and after the session.
Can the Association Family Education programme be delivered in Thai?
The core materials are currently prepared in English with Thai-language summaries included. Associations that need fully Thai-language delivery are welcome to contact us — we can discuss the options available for your member group.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. We understand that family life is unpredictable and will do our best to find a new time that works for you. Full details are confirmed at the time of booking.
