Challenge
A three-generation household with documents spread across four rooms — some belonging to grandparents who had passed, some to adult children who had moved out. No one was certain what existed or where it was kept.
Solution
Two Family Records Index sessions across one weekend, working room by room. The team prepared a consolidated reference list covering all generations with a clear category structure the whole family could navigate.
Result
A complete household index covering 47 document items across 6 categories. The family reduced their document search time significantly and located two items they had considered lost for years.

Bangkok — Association Family Education Programme
Challenge
The association wanted to offer members something practical on household planning, but their volunteer co-ordinator had no relevant background and was not confident about sourcing and presenting accurate information independently.
Solution
Familock delivered the Association Family Education programme with a full materials set, facilitator notes, and a one-hour orientation. The co-ordinator ran four member sessions over two months using the provided materials.
